Located in Giessen, The Netherlands, Copier Bevel machines’ factory and engineering department designs and manufactures pipe finishing machinery, with a primary focus on stationary pipe bevel machines. Approximately 95% of the company’s market is export, more than 70% of which is outside the EU.
Copier Bevel manufactures different types of stationary pipe bevel machines altogether covering a range up to 48 inches OD. Its highest selling machine is the Beaver 16S, which features a range from 2.5-16 inches.
The company said its innovation is based on the Beaver S-series, called the Inside Diameter tracking system, which follows the inner pipe by a spring loaded roller and beveling mechanism.
The I.D tracking system is designed to keep track on out of round pipes, resulting in an accurate bevel on the edge of the pipe, the manufacturer said, and the tool holders are to be set in the head of the I.D tracking system to get required angles.
