Biometric Devices Sought for NYC Passenger Ship Terminal

Senator Charles Schumer (D-NY) sent a Letter to Asa Hutchinson, Under Secretary for Border & Transportation Security, Department of Homeland Security, recommending that biometric devices be installed at the New York City Passenger Ship Terminal.
