Fog Suspends Bosphorus Transit

According to a GAC bulletin, transit of the Turkish Straits’ Bosphorus was suspended at approximately 3:30 p.m. today, February 21, due to fog and low visibility.
Maritime shutdowns due to poor winter weather are somewhat common in the area, frequently disrupting waterway traffic flow.
