Brazilian Oil Workers Plan Three-Day Strike

Brazilian oil workers will stage a three-day nationwide strike later this month in protest against stalled pay talks with state energy firm Petrobras. The leadership of the United Oilworkers Federation (FUP), which represents 19 petroleum unions and three in the petrochemical sector, would decide the exact date of the strike later in the day, said FUP coordinator Mauricio Franca Rubem.
