Coast Guard Issues Marine Safety Bulletin

The US Coast Guard issued a Marine Safety Bulletin stating that Port Condition Whiskey has been set for the New Orleans COTP Zone in anticipation of the impacts of Hurricane Ike. All mariners in the projected path of this large weather system should exercise extreme caution.
