Mohamed-Elghali (Rali) Bara was born and raised in Denmark in a multilingual family and has a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Business Administration.
The Dubai office of worldwide bunker trading company, A/S Dan-Bunkering Ltd., opened in May, 2013, and the staff already numbers eight.
