Global Oceanic Carriers Shares Rise

Global Oceanic Carriers Ltd shares were up after the company said investors Solstice International Investments Inc and Tildough Holding Inc have sold their entire stakes in the company to Kaylee Maritime at a price of 1.65 stg per share. Kaylee now holds 79.3 pct or 31.76 mln shares. Solstice and Tildough are associated with Global Oceanic chief executive Michael Tartsinis and executive director Antonis Nikolaou.
