IYC announced that Frank Grzeszczak has signed the 147’ (44.81m) Trident motoryacht SURINA as a new central listing.

Surina, 147’ (44.81m) Trident 2000/2012
-Sales Price: $6,300,000
-Broker/CA: Frank Grzeszczak, 954.494.7096

Surina sports a complete refit (2012) under the direction of Claudette Bonville Associates and evokes a fresh, contemporary feel starting with the exterior and extending to interior woodwork and flooring, softgoods, entertainment consoles and most all interior accents. She is virtually a new yacht with the kind of stunning amenities found on new builds.

Main Salon and Dining: The aft entrance of the main salon includes a round dining table for 10, flanked by soft hued, blue walls that bring the outside sky and ocean into the space. Two magnificent 5’ contemporary pieces of art complete the space.

The interior woodwork was brought back to its original luster and looks as if it was just installed. Extensive changes were made to update the millwork look, starting with the replacement of the entry doors with an understated inlay of maple burl. Hard surface floors were modified to an elegant botticino marble tile in the main deck entrance/companion way.

Every entertainment area features new motorized window treatments, repainted overhead panels, new wall panels and overheads.

Just about every softgoods, carpets and upholstery material was changed and replaced on the boat throughout the guest areas, entertainment areas, galley and crew quarters.

The flybridge lends itself to sun worship with a huge sun pad, lots of oversized throw pillows for ultimate comfort and a new hot tub.
