Chemical/Product Tanker Delivered to Concordia Maritime

A 50,000 dwt IMOIIMAX MR tanker, Stena Important, was delivered to Concordia Maritime October 15, from the Chinese shipyard Guangzhou Shipbuilding International (GSI) in Guangzhou.

The vessel is part of a series of 10 vessels, two of which are owned by Concordia Maritime.

The chemical and product tanker can transport both oil and petroleum products as well as vegetable oils and chemicals.

The Stena Important will arrive at a port in Europe for discharge at the beginning of December, upon which her naming ceremony is planned to take place.
