Chesapeake Bay Security Rules Change

The U.S. Coast Guard issued a final rule establishing safety and security zones with a radius of 500 yards around cruise ships and vessels carrying Certain Dangerous Cargo (CDC), liquefied natural gas (LNG), or liquefied hazardous gas (LHG) on waters of Chesapeake Bay within Captain of the Port (COTP) Baltimore Zone.
