Ming’s Marine Department and its IT & Business processing group: Wen Jen Chen – Executive Officer, Steven Tsao – Senior Vice President and Peter Chang - Assistant Vice President. SpecTec were represented by Ben Fan, Lum Pui lam and James de Vroome. The signing of the new agreement represents SpecTec’s first customer in . The first phase of the implementation of four vessels and 1 office will be rolled out from October 08 – with AMOS M&P included in our SFI Licensing. The initial phase 1 represents US239, 000 and with the success of phase 1 a further roll out onto a further 80 vessels is being planned.
