Chevron Commends Expro's Safety Measures

Expro has received a commendation from a major customer for maintaining an extremely high level of safety for the past year. Chevron has thanked Expro for an exemplary incident-free workplace for the past 12 months, covering work across its global operations. Expro works with Chevron on many contracts around the world, including the UK, the US and Africa.

Chevron’s chief procurement officer, Leo Lonergan, said: “Achieving safety excellence is extremely important for Chevron and the contractors we partner with. With Expro’s outstanding commitment to safety and operational discipline in 2010, we made another step forward in our journey to zero incidents and zero injuries.

“Maintaining an incident-free workplace over the past 12 months is an excellent accomplishment. Thank you for your strong focus to ensure everyone in our workforce returns home safely to their families each day."

Expro’s chief executive officer Charles Woodburn said: “We are very pleased to receive this commendation from Chevron, which recognises the tremendous effort by all those involved.
