Malcolm Williams Joins U.S. Commission on Ocean Policy

The U.S. Commission on Ocean Policy issued a news release stating that Captain Malcolm Williams, USCG (ret.) has been appointed Associate Director for Stewardship of the Commission. The role of the Commission, after gathering information, is to make recommendations to Congress and the President for development of a comprehensive federal ocean policy to effectively preserve
and utilize the ocean and its resources.
