Blust Confirmed as FMC Commissioner

As it adjourned for its August recess, the Senate confirmed Steven Robert Blust to be a Federal Maritime Commissioner for a term expiring June 30, 2006. President Bush previously indicated that he will appoint Blust to be Chair of the FMC when he is sworn in. Source: HK Law
