Homeland Security Committee – Concern re TWIC Helpdesk

The House Committee on Homeland Security issued said that the Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) Helpdesk established by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to serve as the primary means of communication between TSA and maritime workers who must obtain TWICs to continue their employment is not working because most calls go unanswered.
