FMC Chairman Discusses OTIs and Fair Competition

Steven Blust, Chairman of the Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) delivered a Speech at the Government Affairs Conference of the National Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders Association. He discussed the role of Ocean Transportation Intermediaries (OTIs) and the role of the FMC to ensure that competition in the U.S. ocean trades is fair.
