FMC Issues Notice of Complaint Filing

The Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) issued a notice that a complaint has been filed with that agency alleging that the Puerto Rico Port
Authority violated the Shipping Act of 1984 in connection with negotiating and entering into maritime terminal leases and agreements.
