Boeing Completes Purchase of C-Map

Boeing Co. (BA) completed its purchase of C-Map, a provider of digital maritime cartography with operations in Italy, the U.K., Norway, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Australia and the U.S.
Financial terms weren't disclosed, and Boeing said the deal won't affect its financial guidance.
C-Map will become part of Jeppesen's marine division. Jeppesen is a wholly owned subsidiary of Boeing Commercial Aviation Services.
