EOC's FPSO Sale Completion Extended

The intended sale completion of EOC's majority equity interest in the owning and operating of the FPSO 'Perisai Kamelia' (formerly known as 'Lewek Arunothai' has been put back to 31, August 2013.

The vessel is to be sold according to an earlier agreement between to Perisai Petroleum Technologi BHD (Perisai) from EOC Limited.

Labuan, Malaysia (being the state of incorporation of one of the Target Entities) relating to the transfer of shares in a Labuan-incorporated company, the Company and Perisai have agreed that completion of the FPSO Sale will be extended from 15 August 2013 to 31 August 2013.

EOC Limited offers offshore floating production services that support the full life cycle of offshore oil and gas (O&G) production. It owns and operates two floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessels, the Lewek Arunothai and the Lewek EMAS, and a fleet of construction vessels. The Group has conducted operations in Australia, Brunei, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Middle East, the Philippines, Vietnam and Thailand, and say that they continue to do so currently.
