April 25, 2002

Anteon has been awarded a $15.8 million contract from the Danish Material Command for services to assist the Royal Danish Navy in achieving a mine clearing capability. Under this contract, Anteon will modify its existing A/N37U-1 system produced for the U.S. Navy to support the Royal Danish Navy's 28-meter Minor Ship Drone, a remote controlled surface craft. This is a moored sea mine clearing application. Anteon delivered 50 of these systems to the U.S. Navy from 1993 through 1999 and will be providing 10 systems to the Royal Danish Navy over a four-year period. Joseph M. Kampf, President and Chief Executive Officer of Anteon, said, "Our A/N37U-1 is a proven system as evidenced by its performance in U.S. Navy operations and we are confident that the Royal Danish Navy will experience similar success in upgrading its minesweeping capabilities."
