Bath Iron Works Awarded Contract

Bath Iron Works Corp, Bath, Maine, is being awarded a $71,767,045 cost-plus award fee contract for Lead Yard Class services on the DDG 51 Class Aegis Destroyer Program. Work will be performed in Bath and is to be completed by November 2004. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured.
