Ezra Awards Contract to Labroy

Ezra Holdings has awarded a contract to Labroy Shipbuilding and Engineering worth $25.1m. The contract is to build an ultra-large pipe laying, accommodation, well service and maintenance vessel. The vessel is to be delivered by the first half of 2009. It can be used for all types of deepwater work in demanding weather conditions. The vessel is expected to broaden Ezra's market reach in the offshore production and construction segment. Source: Channel News Asia
