Bath Wins Navy Contract

Bath Iron Works Corp. (a General Dynamics Co.), Bath, Maine, is being
awarded a $12,104,479 cost-plus-award-fee contract for lead yard services for the
DDG 51 Class Destroyer Program. Work will be performed in Bath, Maine, and is
expected to be completed by November 2010. Contract funds in the amount of
$1,100,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was
not competitively procured. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C. is the
contracting activity (N00024-06-C-2307).
