MTS Research & Technology Coordination Conference

The Interagency Committee on the Marine Transportation System (MTS) is sponsoring the seventh annual MTS Research & Technology Coordination Conference. Topics to be addressed at the Conference, being held in Washington, DC on November 16-17, include security, navigation, and environmental and economic issues related to maritime transportation. Keynote speakers include Dr. Charles McQueary, Under Secretary of Homeland Security for Science and Technology and former Deputy Secretary of Transportation Mortimer Downey.
