CSIC IPO?

China Shipbuilding Industry Corp (CSIC) will reportedly seek an initial public offering (IPO) in 2007, according to a report on www.chinadaily.com.cn.

CSIC is currently restructuring to merge its 16 subsidiaries to form a more integrated company. Established in 1999, CSIC owns some of China's biggest shipyards and ship engine manufacturers. (Source: www.chinadaily.com.cn)
