L-3 Norovirus Decontamination Backpack
L-3 Applied Technologies, a division of L-3 Communications, introduced a backpack concept of its SteraMist decontamination system on March 16 at the 2009 Seatrade Cruise Shipping Miami Conference and Trade Show. SteraMist, originally designed for microbiological disinfection in hospitals, pharmaceutical, tissue bank and other health care facilities, is now available in a mobile unit suited to norovirus decontamination aboard cruise ships.
