American Samoa Port Authority Fined for Oil Spill Prevention Deficiencies

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued a News Release stating that the American Samoa Port Authority was fined $2,600 for deficiencies regarding the oil spill prevention measures at its commercial harbor and airport. The port authority is now developing a comprehensive oil spill prevention and control plan.
