Midwest Rescue Airboats delivered two 8ft x 21ft multi mission capable platforms to our Kansas City Fire Department. The Fire Department will use their two airboats on the area rivers and lakes for all their rescue operations. The airboat will also serve as positive pressure ventilation (PPV’s) for smoke evacuation for large area structures and have limited use for high rise applications. The airboats dual role use for the Kansas City Missouri Fire Department adds to the cost savings for the project.
