Dura Poly Delivers Plastic Barge
Dura Poly Boats delivered a 100% plastic Power House 820 workboat to Seaboard Marine Dockbuilders in Oceanside, New York.
The vessel is an 8- by 20-foot, 100% plastic hull and wheel house, push knees, crane, nonskid deck, motor guard and custom bumpers with sign routed in them.
Dura Poly said the barge is a very low maintenance easily truckable fast vessel. At just over 3,000 pounds, it's top speed is 30 knots.
