Northrop Grumman U.S. Navy Destroyer Contract

Northrop Grumman Corporation's Sperry Marine business unit won contracts to supply the U.S. Navy with steering systems for three new USS Arleigh Burke DDG 51-class guided missile destroyers. Northrop Grumman Ship Systems issued one contract, for DDG 107. Bath Iron Works, a wholly owned subsidiary of General Dynamics, issued
contracts for vessels DDG 108 and 109. The three contracts have a combined value of $12.5 million.
