New CMA CGM eBusiness Platform

The new CMA CGM eBusiness platform offers numerous innovative solutions and allows each user to have powerful tools adapted to his needs. Among the innovations, the customers of the group will have access to:

Booking: the customer can submit bookings by choosing his quotation reference. To facilitate this entry, all the information from these quotes are in the pre-filled form. In addition, the client may reuse previous booking or create templates;

Submission of shipping instructions: once the booking is confirmed, customer can submit their shipping instructions. He will find the same form as for the booking and can create templates that can be reused from previous submissions;

Document dashboards and printing: the CMA CGM web site offers real-time access to published documents. Today, booking confirmations, drafts, copies of BL, the waybill and original BL, arrival notices and of delivery orders are available for customers. Invoices, loading confirmation, export instructions and release confirmations will be added soon. Also, the client can up-load his own documents to our web platform (declaration of dangerous goods, customs documents, commercial invoices or letter of credits…);

Direct access and unique rights for each user: with customized logins, customers can choose their notifications, customize their dashboards, select the features they want to use, access their Favorites (schedules, loading...) and follow-up with their transactions;

Dashboards to track their shipments in real time: the statutes of booking requests, shipping instructions, shipment documents are accessible from customizable dashboards. Customers can create their own views and retrieve this data on excel/pdf files;

Local websites: Customizing local pages based on the need and requirements from various markets, customers can find local information in English and respective local language, offices and contacts, news, other information links, job opportunities, etc…
