Shipyard Employment Fire Protection - Standards Proposed

The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) proposed fire protection standards for shipyard employment, addressing fire hazards both on land and on board vessels. The standards were developed through a negotiated rulemaking process. Comments on the proposal should be submitted by March 11, 2003.
