$37M Navy Engineering Contract Awarded

DDL OMNI Engineering LLC, McLean, Va., is being awarded a 37,604,423 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity,
cost-plus-fixed-fee (completion) contract for submarine and surface ship scientific engineering and technical support
services in the area of ship signatures and non-propulsion
electronic systems. Work will be performed in McLean, Va.
(56%); Waterford, Conn. (29%); Carderock, Md. (11%); and
Norfolk, Va. (4%), and is expected to be completed by May 2008.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal
year. The contract was not competitively procured. The Naval
Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Bethesda, Md., is
