Freeport LNG Development – Environmental Statement

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) issued a Notice announcing availability of the final environmental impact statement (EIS) for construction and operation of the liquefied natural gas (LNG) import terminal and pipeline proposed by Freeport LNG Development, LP. The proposal includes LNG ship docking and unloading facilities in Brazoria County, Texas. Comments should be submitted within 30 days.
