MTG Unveils Its Latest Dredging Equipment

For cutter dredgers MTG presented its DMet range, which it said offers solutions for increasing machine protection and productivity.

MTG announced it has also started to manufacture its own cutter-heads with the latest equipment to assemble and weld ensuring the highest quality. MTG will offer its cutter-head design and engineering services for all kind of applications: clay, sand and rock.

Lastly, for hopper-dredgers, clamshells and backhoe dredgers MTG showed its MTG Systems StarMet tooth-adapter system. The system is suitable for all types of terrain, with a wide range of tooth and hammerless adapter designs, which are quick and easy to change and increase the productivity of the machines, MTG said.
