Evergreen to Offer Joint Service in Middle East Market

Global container carrier Evergreen will commence a joint service on November
4 with Simatech Shipping for a weekly service covering following rotation:
Port Kelang - Singapore - Nhava Sheva - Dubai -Jebel Ali Bandar Abbas -
Mundra - Nhava Sheva - Port Kelang
The service will utilize four 1,100-TEU container vessels, three from
Simatech and one Gallant Wave--from Evergreen, for a 28-day transit time
schedule.
For Simatech, founded in Dubai in 1992 by the Iranian ILS group, it is its
first trade route outside of the Middle East/Indian sub-continent.
