Exclusive Tug Franchise Decision Delayed

At the request of the Administrative Law Judge, the Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) has extended the time for rendering a decision in the matter relating to exclusive tug franchises on the Lower Mississippi River. The deadline for issuance of an initial decision has been extended from 1 July 2005 to 31 October 2005. 69 Fed. Reg. 35346 (HK Law)
