Alion Science and Technology, an employee-owned technology solutions company, is increasing its Canadian business presence and expanding its Navy-focused design and engineering capabilities through its wholly owned subsidiary Alion Canada. He served for 28 years in the Canadian Navy, where he worked as a Commanding Officer and Executive Officer at sea and was responsible for requirements at Naval Headquarters in Ottawa; in above water and under water and command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance.
