Ferguson Global Diving’s Offshore Business Manager

Global Diving & Salvage, Inc. welcomed John Ferguson, Business Development Manager, to their Offshore Support Division.  Ferguson has over 17 years of experience in the offshore and international Oil and Gas industry.  He will be using his expertise to prepare for opening a Houston office as the General Manager.  His current responsibilities include expanding Global's commercial diving, ROV, and environmental services within the Gulf of Mexico region and evaluating international market potential. 

Ferguson's background notably includes: business development both internationally and in the Gulf of Mexico for Hallin Marine, ROV Sr. Supervisor for Oceaneering in the USGOM, Mexico and the Caspian Sea, and ROV Superintendent for Thales/Fugro.  His training includes dive school at The Ocean Corp (Houston, TX) and the US Marine Corp (1st battalion 4th Marines in Desert Storm).  He is the developer and chairman of the Injured Warriors Campaign to raise money and awareness for injured veterans.  Additionally, his personal accomplishments include traveling overseas for the Rotary Club teaching young entrepreneurs the art of small business ownership and being nominated for the Small Business Man of the Year award in Kansas.
