Cargotec Appoints Chief Financial Officer for MacGregor
Declan Guerin (43) has been appointed MacGregor's Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as of September 1, 2013.
Guerin has earlier held the position of Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and been a member of the Executive Committee of MacGregor since the start of 2013. He will be responsible for accounting, finance and M&A.continues as member of the MacGregor Executive Committee and reports to MacGregor President Mikael Mäkinen.
Declan Guerin, ACMA, GCMA, has worked for Cargotec since 2007 and has extensive financial and commercial experience gained over the last 20 years both within Cargotec and in other global organizations including Cargotec, Caterpillar, Chevron, DHL and EMI.
Cargotec add that MacGregor is continuing preparations for a separate listing on the Singapore Stock Exchange, and Declan Guerin will play an important role in this process.
