dB Control Get Five-year Naval Contract

dB Control awarded $3.3M, five-year contract to supply high-power products to U.S. Navy

dB Control Corp., manufacturer of high-power microwave amplifiers, radar/electronic countermeasure (ECM) transmitters, and high- and low-voltage power supplies, has been awarded a contract worth an estimated $3.3 million by the U.S. Navy to produce high-power products and services . The contract is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) with one base year and four option years.

“Having provided the U.S. Government products and services for over two decades, we’ve earned our reputation as a reliable supplier for their mission-critical applications,” said dB Control Marketing Manager Steven Olson. “This contract with the Navy was based on our extensive testing capabilities on this vital hardware.”

Established in 1990, dB Control Corp., a subsidiary of the Electronic Technologies Group (ETG) of HEICO Corp., supplies mission-critical, often sole-source, products worldwide to military organizations, as well as to major defense contractors and commercial manufacturers. dB Control designs and manufactures reliable high-power TWT Amplifiers (TWTAs), microwave power modules (MPMs), transmitters, power supplies and modulators for radar, electronic countermeasure (ECM), communication and instrumentation applications.
