Savannah River Reopened Following Spill

The USCG stated that it closed the Savannah River to navigation following an oil spill. A second press release indicated that the river has been reopened, but ships are required to maintain minimum safe operating speed with one-way traffic up to Fort Jackson while response efforts are underway.
