Dredging Barge Grounds in San Francisco Bay

Federal, state and local agencies respond to a grounded barge in San Francisco Bay, Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2011. The barge, which was participating in dredging operations in the bay, began taking on water before it was pushed to a sand bar to prevent its sinking.
