Goodrich Wins Navy Deal

Goodrich Corp. Engineered Polymer Products, Jacksonville, Fla., is being
awarded a $10,132,742 firm-fixed-price modification to previously awarded contract
(N00024-03-C-6307) for composite sonar domes, sonar dome rubber windows and
associated engineering services and support. Work will be performed in
Jacksonville, Fla., and is expected to be completed by May 2005. Contract funds
will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This modification combines
support for the U.S. Navy (74 percent) and the governments of Taiwan (13 percent),
Japan (12 percent) and Bahrain (1 percent) under the Foreign Military Sales
Program. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting
activity.
