GTT Receives Order for Tank Design of Two New LNG Carriers
GTT has received an order from the Korean shipyard Samsung Heavy Industries (SHI) for the tank design of two new 174,000 m3 LNG carriers (LNGC), on behalf of the Japanese ship-owner NYK.
The tanks of these units will be fitted with the Mark III Flex membrane containment system.
The vessels' deliveries are scheduled between the third and the fourth quarters of 2021.
