Houthis Promise Safe Passage for Chinese and Russian Ships

Yemen's Houthis have provided assurances to both China and Russia that their vessels will pass safely through the Red Sea, the chief negotiator for the Houthi movement, Mohammed Abdulsalam, told Reuters on Thursday.
