GTT Bags Order from Imabari

GTT, a designer of membrane containment systems for the maritime transportation and storage of liquefied natural gas (LNG), announced it has received a new order in June for one liquefied natural gas carrier (LNGC) vessel to be built by the Japanese shipbuilder Imabari Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. 
The LNGC, for Mitsui & Co., will be built with the Mark III Flex technology and is expected to be delivered in 2020.
Philippe Berterottière, Chairman and CEO, commented, "We are very pleased that Imabari Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. has decided to renew its trust in our technologies. This new order also confirms the importance of our innovation policy. Out of 31 orders recorded over the last six months, 30 use technologies which were launched over the last three years".
