Hearing on Coast Guard Programs Impacting Maritime Border Security

The Subcommittee on Economic Security, Infrastructure Protection, and Cybersecurity of the House Committee on Homeland Security conducted a hearing on Coast Guard programs impacting maritime border security. Admiral Thomas H. Collins, Commandant, U.S. Coast Guard, testified concerning the Integrated Deepwater System and the Maritime Security Response Teams, among other things.
