March 17, 2003

Resurgence Software, Inc. announced that London Ship Managers, Ltd. (LSM) has implemented its Wave Software System in a portion of its fleet. This agreement is a direct result of the Resurgence Software joint marketing alliance with Lloyd's Register, and marks LSM's continued commitment to improving operational efficiency and customer service through the strategic use of technology. "The adoption of our system by LSM demonstrates the continued acceptance of equipment reliability software as a maritime industry standard, and is a further validation of our relationship with Lloyd's Register," said Tom Bubrig, president of Resurgence Software. "Through our Wave system, ship-owners and operators will continue to improve their bottom line by increased safety standards and better fleet performance." Resurgence's Wave Software System is designed to address issues of equipment reliability, financial performance and industry benchmarking specifically for the maritime industry. It does this by enabling ship-owners and operators to optimize the reliability and financial performance of their fleets through maximum vessel uptime, minimal maintenance costs and reduced risks of equipment failure.
