Currently, Melhus holds the position as Executive Vice President / COO of Scana Industrier.

"I want to thank Mr. Roverud for his strong efforts through a very challenging period for Scana. Both the Board of Scana and Mr. Roverud are of the opinion that there is a need for management changes in Scana in light of the strategy going forward, the Chairman of the Board, Mr. Bjørn Torkildsen, said.

"It has been very interesting and exciting to be a part of Scana for six years. However, this has also been a period with a number of major challenges and for me a very long period  with heavy work load. Now its the right time for Scana and for me that I take a step aside and seek new challenges outside Scana,"  Mr. Roverud commented.
